Till now, ramcharan is approved as a Real Box Office Star as far as domestic Telugu market is considered. Except ‘Magadheera,’ there is no big film for Charan in Overseas. Even after enjoying the average to above average ratings for ‘Rachcha’ and ‘Nayak,’ both of them ended only as poor performers in USA when compared to the same collections in AP. Luckily, producers these days are concentrating more on overseas business because the response from Telugu NRIs is equally promising like our native AP residents.
So, release of ‘Yevadu’ in USA is seen by trade analysts as a new chapter in Charan’s career. Vamsy Paidipally is gem of a director who changed the image of Junior NTR with his treatment in ‘Brindavanam.’ So, Mega Power Star Fans are hopefully waiting for the same to happen for Charan. Instead of logic less mass subjects like ‘Rachcha’ and ‘Naayak,’ if ‘Yevadu’ has a bit of logic and reasoning…surely Telugu NRIs will lift ramcharan to the levels of Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan. Let us see, how far this is possible?
